The current ariviti.com carries six legal pages: privacy policy, terms of use, cookie policy, fraud alert, security vulnerability notification and accessibility. They are consolidated here as one page with anchors so nothing is lost in the migration. Split them back out if your counsel prefers separate URLs.
Ariviti Technologies collects personal information you provide directly — through the contact form, the whitepaper request form, and email — and uses it only to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send the document you requested.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in. Where we use processors for email delivery or analytics, they are bound by agreement to process data only on our instructions.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to privacy@ariviti.com. We respond within 30 days.
Replace with the reviewed policy, including your lawful basis for processing, retention periods, your international transfer position, and your grievance officer details as required under Indian law. Ariviti operates a single entity, in India — the policy should take a position for that entity alone.
This site is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver a particular outcome. Engagement terms are set out in the contract for each piece of work and nowhere else.
Client outcomes described on this site are specific to the engagements they came from. Metrics carry their baseline, date and context; they are not a projection of what a different engagement would produce.

Ariviti never asks candidates or suppliers for payment of any kind — not for an interview, a placement, a visa, a training programme or a registration. We do not make job offers through messaging apps or from free email domains.
All genuine Ariviti communication comes from an @ariviti.com address. If you have received something that claims to be from us and does not, or if you have been asked for money, report it to fraud-alert@ariviti.com before you act on it.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in an Ariviti system or in a system we operate, write to site@ariviti.com with enough detail to reproduce it.
We acknowledge reports within two business days and will keep you informed while we investigate. We ask that you give us reasonable time to remediate before disclosing publicly, that you do not access or modify data belonging to others, and that you do not degrade the service while testing. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow those terms in good faith.
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA. That means text contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text, a visible keyboard focus indicator on every interactive element, semantic landmarks and headings, a skip link to the main content, and full keyboard operability of the navigation.
Motion is limited and respects the operating system’s reduced-motion setting. Content is legible and operable down to 320px viewport width, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
