Define and drive AI/GenAI adoption opportunities across engineering and testing.
Identify areas where AI can improve productivity, automation, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and implement practical GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Build AI-powered workflows/agents for test analysis, log analysis, failure/CR triaging, reporting, and knowledge retrieval.
Integrate AI solutions with existing engineering tools such as Jira, CI/CD, test frameworks, and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, and Python.
Ability to take solutions from PoC to implementation and scale.
Experience in software testing/automation or telecom/embedded domains would be an added advantage
